Our Mission
We aim to reduce waste that is caused by inaccurate, outdated data. We accomplish this by moving data quality initiatives upstream to an organization’s record of truth, which is under constant attack by human behavior.

OUR HISTORY
NCOA4Salesforce was created to provide focus on upstream data quality initiatives.
A former executive of TEC Mailing Solution decided to break off to create a solution for Salesforce® to place the updating of address information in the record of truth that is commonly stored in Salesforce®. This was in response to the “after the fact” approach many organizations take to updating addresses, whereby old addresses were updated only after a delivery failure occurred. A 2016 article by Thomas C. Redman in Harvard Business Review put the cost of bad data at $3 Trillion per year and not much has changed since than when it comes to updating old address records. The “what” and “why” has been known for decades, were happy to come up with an extremely easy and effective “how” with NCOA4Salesforce.
